yummy balsamic vinegrette

ok, I don't generally measure this out, I just make it to taste, but is delicious (almost tastes like Satchel's)


1/2 cup balsamic vinegar of modena

a little more than a 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

squirt of mustard sauce (maybe 1/2 tsp)

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (coming soon)/or 1 tbsp italian seasoning

2-3 cloves fresh minced garlic

1/2 tsp adobo all purpose seasoning salt/or salt and pepper

2-3 tbsp honey/or adjust to sweeten to your desire

Mix all ingredients above in a in empty salad dsg bottle or any reusalbe container with tight fitting lid. If too thick for your consistency, add a little (tiny bit of water), and don't be afraid to adjust the ingredients above.

Please note, all measuements are guestimates (I've made this dsg many times without measurements.

Enjoy with your salad whether it be arugula or spinach
