ginger dressing

2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons  olive oil
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1-2 tablespoons fresh ginger (just cut off a piece of the root and peel it)
2 teaspoons soy sauce
3 tablespoon honey or sugar
pinch salt
1 to 2 cloves of garlic

I don't typically do any measuring, so adjust the ingredients to your taste. blend all ingredients in a food processor.

This is a great pork/meat marinade as well as a yummy asian salad dressing
