Arugula-Watermelon-Feta Salad

Chopped Arugula

Watermalon, either sliced thin or balled

crumbled feta chese


olive oil

adobo seasoning and black pepper

a few fresh basil leaves cut thin


Put bite sized peices of arugula in a bowl with the watermelon on top.  Squeze a wedge of lime and drizzle olive oil on top, then sprinkle adobo and pepper to taste. Crumble Feta chese and place basil over cheese.
